3 nights of accommodation: The accommodation facilities are pre-selected and verified by the SICRO Travel team, all rated at least 3 ★. Room assignments and accommodation lists are prepared before the group’s arrival, ensuring a quick check-in process with no waiting time.
On trips organized by SICRO Travel, the same person acts as both tour guide and official group escort. They stay with the group at all times, coordinating the schedule, accommodation formalities and communication with participants, so the organizer doesn't have to handle the trip's logistics.
Transport is provided by licensed operators, consistently selected by the SICRO Travel team. Before each departure we check the drivers' schedule, the route and the stopping points, and the vehicle stays at the group's disposal for the entire trip

Breakfast is organized at the accommodation at a set time for the group, allowing the schedule to be kept without individually searching for restaurants in the morning
Travel medical insurance is issued for each participant. In case of an unforeseen situation, the SICRO Travel team assists the organizer in contacting medical services and handling the necessary procedures.
Full coordination of the excursion and dedicated support throughout the entire trip to ensure the program runs smoothly and efficiently.
The offer is calculated for departure from Chișinău. For departures from other locations, the cost is calculated separately.

- Prices are calculated based on the estimated number of participants, the proposed itinerary, and the cost of services available at the time the offer is prepared.
- The final price may be subject to change depending on the exact number of participants, potential increases in transportation costs (minibus, coach, or airplane), changes in the cost of tourist services, and the inclusion of additional attractions or activities, including those listed in the “Optional” section.
- After the offer’s validity period expires, prices may be recalculated based on current rates and service availability at the time of the request.
- To confirm the booking, SICRO Travel will prepare a final, personalized offer, specifying the price and services agreed upon according to the group's specific requirements.
PLANNING THE BUDGET OF THE TRIP
To help you correctly estimate the trip budget, below you will find the approximate costs for entrance tickets and meals. These amounts are not collected by the agency and are not part of the tour package price. Entry to attractions is paid directly at the visited locations, in cash and in local currency. To avoid queues and individual payments, tickets are purchased for the entire group based on the number of participants, directly from the attractions' ticket offices. This procedure allows the group to enter quickly and, in most cases, benefit from official group rates
Local guide services (in Romanian): a full 8-hour city tour and a 4-hour tour
Price per person: EUR 5–15 (*depending on the group size)
Evening cruise on the Danube
Adult price: EUR 25
Student price: EUR 18–23 (*depending on age)
Meal services (lunch/dinner)
The average cost of a meal, either on an individual basis or as a set menu organized for the entire group, ranges from EUR 10–30 per meal.
